Tokyo detective Shinjuurou Yuuki, nicknamed the "Defeated Detective," uses his skills to solve homicides and other mysteries throughout the city. His associate Inga often assists, but their partnership raises questions about Inga's true intentions and motivations. Shinjuurou's investigative work is often met with a mix of results, sometimes uncovering the truth behind a case, while other times revealing more questions than answers about those they apprehend.
