Taboo Tattoo

Seigi, a martial arts trained middle schooler, has a strong instinct to protect those weaker than him. He encounters a homeless man who rewards him for intervening in a fight by giving Seigi a distinctive tattoo on his palm. This tattoo is a secret American military technology known as a "Taboo Tattoo," developed in the country's arms race with the Serinistan Kingdom.
