Despite its short competitive history, which ended around 15 years after its inception, the Rinkai League has been established to revive the sport. The arrival of Ibushi, a talented athlete with a background in other sports, has generated significant interest and excitement. The Rinkai League's newcomers, many of whom are inexperienced in sports, are eager to challenge Ibushi's dominance.
