Nanatsu-iro Drops

Tsuwabuki is a somewhat introverted student who's not particularly social. He's forced to join the gardening club after a teacher assigns him to it, where he meets Sumomo Akihime and another girl. While out with the club, Tsuwabuki meets a strange transfer student with dog ears, and their drinks are accidentally switched. The result is Tsuwabuki being turned into a stuffed animal, and the only way to reverse the spell is to find the chosen girl who can catch the seven stardrops - which turns out to be Sumomo.
