Wise Man's Grandchild

The story takes place in the kingdom of Earlshide, where Merlin Walford, a former national hero, has retreated to the countryside to raise an orphan boy, Shin. Shin was reincarnated from modern-day Japan, retaining his memories, and has developed exceptional abilities in magic and combat. However, he lacks social skills and a sense of responsibility, leading him to enroll in the Magic Academy, where he faces challenges and adversaries as a local celebrity.
