Angelino, a resident of Dark Meat City, experiences violent migraines accompanied by hallucinations after a scooter accident, which may have been instigated by a woman with a mysterious vision. He tries to understand what's happening to him with the help of his friend Vinz, while men in black suits seem to be actively searching for him. As Angelino struggles to make sense of his condition, he also has to evade those who appear to be after him.
