The anime Juliet is based on a manga by U-Jin. Anzu and Naruto Nozaki, siblings who stand to inherit the Nozaki fortune, live in the family mansion. Naruto's behavior towards Anzu is often interpreted as overbearing due to his strong affection for her, which isn't unusual considering they are not biologically related. As Anzu reaches 16, she begins to assert her independence by secretly bringing a cat into the mansion and eventually making a daring escape in a delivery truck.
