The Excavate Company, led by Grayman, specializes in extracting orichalt, a rare ore that enables human consciousness transfer into robotic I-Machines. However, this process comes with the risk of the consciousness becoming stuck in the machine, as Maya Mikuri discovered when she was abandoned by her crew and accused of stealing orichalt information. Maya joins the Excavate Company to clear her name, and they take on a new adventure together, including Ido, a skilled member with no memory of his past, who may finally uncover his true identity.
