Akira Natsume had a unique relationship with electrical devices: he both avoided them and excelled at fixing them. Akira's life was cut short in an accident when he was 16. 16 years later, a special policewoman and her android partner, in a desperate bid to survive, activated an advanced AI and superweapon called EX-ARM, which turned out to be the revived consciousness of Akira Natsume himself, now housed in a highly advanced android body.
