Arpeggio of Blue Steel -Ars Nova-

The global climate crisis of 2039 led to widespread flooding, resulting in significant loss of land and altering the world's geography. In response, a powerful naval force, the Fleet of Fog, was formed with advanced warships that swiftly dominated the seas. The Fleet's ships are commanded by "Mental Models," humanoid avatars that serve as the ships' core, each with distinct personalities but bound by the Admiralty Code. Seventeen years later, former National Marine Academy student Gunzou Chihaya discovers the I-401 and its Mental Model, Iona, and decides to form a privateering group, the Blue Steel, in a bid for peace.
