The story of Zillion is set on the planet Maris in the year 2387. By this time, the Nozas, a species intent on reproduction, have begun killing all humans in order to claim the planet as their own breeding ground. Three teenagers, JJ, Champ, and Apple, are selected to use advanced guns called the Zillion Weapon System as the White Knights, engaging in a battle against the Nozas.
