Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san

Yuragi-sou is a dilapidated boarding house with low rent that's often shunned by potential tenants due to rumors of a malevolent ghost. Kogarashi, a poor homeless psychic, sees it as the perfect opportunity to find affordable accommodation and a chance to hone his exorcism skills. However, upon arrival, he discovers the ghost, Yuuna, is not as feared as the rumors suggest – she's a gentle spirit trapped between worlds with no recollection of her life. The other Yuragi-sou residents possess supernatural abilities, making for an unpredictable and eccentric household.
