Yuki Yuna Is a Hero takes place in year 300 of the Era of the Gods, where a crisis occurs affecting the sacred tree. Fu Inubozaki, a leader with strong feelings of camaraderie, spearheads the Sanshu Middle School Hero Club after its transformation into a household for 27 shrine maidens and heroes. The club's unique identity takes on a new form with Fu's determination to establish an Udon Hero Club.
