Yozakura Quartet: Hoshi no Umi

The Hoshi no Umi arc of the Yozakura Quartet manga, adapted into an OVA, focuses on Rin Azuma, a Jiang-Shi yokai living in Sakurashin. Rin works at a local ramen shop, trying to adjust to her new life in the city. Zakuro Kurumaki, a former friend of Rin's, arrives in Sakurashin with a group of yokai hunters, including Enjin Hiizumi, and attempts to capture Rin to join their efforts to destroy the city. The Hiizumi Life Counseling Office, led by Akina Hiizumi, works to save Rin and prevent the destruction of Sakurashin.
