Nori Kamitsuki relocates to Gunma prefecture from Chiba, following Otoya Todoroki, a former acquaintance who moved there in elementary school. Kamitsuki disregards the message and focuses on his school life, forming new friendships with people who aim to challenge the negative stereotypes surrounding Gunma.
