Kiyoko Yoshida was unexpectedly appointed president of Class 2-1 at the start of the school year. One of her classmates, Yano Tsuyoshi, stands out for his frequent injuries, which he often sustains due to his clumsiness. Kiyoko tends to Yano's injuries, both at school and at home, developing a close relationship with him in the process. As she cares for him, she begins to realize her feelings for Yano are romantic.
