Yamato 2520

The Yamato 2520 is the 18th ship to bear that name, hundreds of years after the original. It's a new vessel built by a group of teenagers from Earth, who find and reclaim the Earth Federation Battleship's data disk on a planet under the strict control of the Seiren Federation. With this information, they use the Seiren's automated shipyards to construct a new Yamato to challenge their oppressors.
