Wind: A Breath of Heart OVA

Kazenone City has a strong sense of nostalgia and curiosity for its residents. Okano Makoto and his younger sister Hinata return to their hometown in search of their mother, who vanished without warning. Upon their arrival, they're warmly welcomed back by their old friends and acquaintances. Through these encounters, Makoto starts to notice some significant changes in the people he knew as a child.
