We Were There

Nanami Takahashi enters her first year of high school with high hopes of making new friends. She meets Yuri Yamamoto, a shy classmate who has a complicated history with popular boy Yano Motoharu. Yano's past relationship with Yuri's older sister Nana has left emotional scars, and his attitude initially rubs Nanami the wrong way. However, as Nanami gets to know Yano, she warms up to him, and the two eventually start dating.
