Minare Koda, a Sapporo restaurant worker, recently went through a breakup. After a night out, she got drunk and vented to a stranger, Kanetsugu Matou, a local radio station director. The next day, she discovered her drunken rant was broadcast on the radio, and Matou recognized her raw talent. Minare began hosting a late-night talk show under Matou's guidance, sharing stories about Sapporo while juggling her day job and personal life.
