Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer: The Movie

The 21st century has begun, but with it, a series of catastrophic events has started unfolding. A massive earthquake has ravaged half of Tokyo, leaving behind a landscape of destruction. Isato Kaiza, a typical high school student, is given a Caizer Stone by his classmate Kash, alias Hellstinger, which grants him the ability to transform into the armored hero Gowcaizer.
