Prince Oscar Lyeth Increatos Loz Farsas, cursed by the Witch of Silence, has been searching for 15 years to lift the spell preventing him from having children with women. To find an alternative solution, he visits the Azure Tower, home of the Witch of the Azure Moon, Tinasha, who is hundreds of years old but appears to be a young woman. Tinasha agrees to help Oscar find a partner capable of withstanding his curse in exchange for his marriage.
