Umineko: When They Cry

Umineko: When They Cry is set on the privately owned island of Rokkenjima, home to the wealthy Ushiromiya family. The family convenes annually to discuss financial matters, but this year's conference focuses on inheritance due to the family head's poor health. Ushiromiya Kinzou, desperate to reconnect with his true love, the Golden Witch Beatrice, has been practicing black magic and attempts to revive her through a ritual. A typhoon traps the family on the island, leading to a series of mysterious murders that pit reality against fantasy.
