Twilight Out of Focus

Mao Tsuchiya and Hisashi Ootomo, roommates since the start of their second year, have a delicate arrangement: Mao won't reveal Hisashi's relationship status, Hisashi will avoid romantic feelings for Mao, and they'll respect each other's personal time. However, when the film club asks Hisashi to star in their upcoming movie, a boys' love romance about a delinquent and the class president, Mao's concerns grow. The movie's plot prompts Mao to reconsider their friendship, as he finds himself increasingly aware of Hisashi's presence.
