Tribe Nine

Haru Shirogane is often bullied due to his lack of physical prowess, whereas Taiga has arrived from abroad aiming to become the strongest person in Neo-Tokyo. They meet Shun Kamiya, the XB player and leader of the Minato Tribe, just as the tribes throughout the city are facing a significant threat. Ojiro Otori, leader of the Chiyoda Try, has been ordered by the King of Neo-Tokyo, "Houtenshin", to consolidate control over all the tribes, putting the Minato Tribe in jeopardy.
