Arashi Mikami is rescued by a surgeon who leads a team called Black Label, tasked with taking down deadly criminals. This team, comprised of highly skilled individuals, targets those who have fallen into organized crime, including arms dealers, corrupt politicians, and gangsters. After joining Black Label, Arashi faces numerous perilous missions alongside the team's skilled hunters, who are also haunted by their dark past.
