Too Cute Crisis

Chief Investigator Liza Luna of the Azatos Empire initially views Earth as a planet to be exploited for its resources, with its inhabitants considered inferior. During a survey, she notices the slower evolution of human civilization. Liza visits the planet's surface to learn more about its inhabitants, and while assessing their food culture, she enters a cat cafe, where she encounters creatures unlike any she's seen. These adorable creatures prompt Liza to reevaluate her initial findings.
