Tokyo Twenty Fourth Ward

The Tokyo Twenty Fourth Ward is an artificial island in Tokyo Bay, officially known as the Far East Special District. Childhood friends Ran, Kouki, and Shuuta were born and raised on the island, with distinct family backgrounds, hobbies, and personalities, yet always hung out together. Their lives are altered after a significant incident, and it isn't until their first anniversary memorial that they're reunited with a surprising phone call from a friend everyone thought was dead, urging them to "choose the future.
