Tokyo ESP

Rinka Urushiba, a part-time waitress, lives with her unemployed father in Tokyo. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she starts seeing strange phenomena, including a flying penguin, which she pursues with her classmate Kyoutarou Azuma, also an esper. After Rinka's encounter with a goldfish that phases through her, she gains the ability to phase her body through solid matter, marked by her hair turning white. With her newfound powers, she works alongside Kyoutarou to combat other espers with malicious intentions and protect the city.
