To Your Eternity revolves around It, an immortal being that can take on various forms. Initially, It is a shapeless sphere before taking on the forms of a rock, moss, and a wounded wolf that later dies. It then inherits the consciousness of the wolf, allowing it to move and eventually encounter a boy living in a remote, abandoned town. The town was once abandoned by the boy's family and others who sought a paradise beyond the vast tundra, but their search proved fruitless, leaving the boy in a precarious state.
