This Boy is a Professional Wizard

Chiharu Kashima, captain of the Wizard Bureau's Crisis Countermeasures Division, is one of the few individuals with the ability to use magic. At his favorite bar, he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a man who has long admired the idea of being a wizard. Toyohi's admiration quickly turns into romantic feelings towards Kashima, but the captain is hesitant due to his concern that Toyohi's interest lies in his magical abilities rather than as a person.
