This Boy Can Fight Aliens

The Special Counter-Aliens Task Force, consisting of an anonymous director, the dominant Shiro, and the laid-back Arikawa, attempts to defend Earth against an alien invasion. They're joined by Kakashi, a teenage boy found on a hill with unknown powers that could aid their fight. However, Kakashi struggles to understand his abilities due to amnesia, forcing him to rely on Arikawa and Shiro as well as a broken cellphone that might hold clues about his past.
