The Story of Cinderella

Cinderella is the daughter of a wealthy duke who remarried after her mother's death, gaining a mother and two sisters. When her father travels abroad, Cinderella is left to manage the household, which is dominated by her spoiled stepsisters and harsh stepmother, who forces her to do all the household chores. Despite the difficult situation, Cinderella remains cheerful and kind, befriending animals and a boy named Charles who appears to have connections to the prince of Emerald Castle. Cinderella's Fairy Godmother and the mice Gus and Jaq ultimately help her attend the Royal Ball.
