The Rolling Girls

The Rolling Girls takes place in a post-Tokyo War Japan, where the country is divided into 10 independent nations. Nozomi Moritomo, a "Rest," joins her local gang alongside her childhood friend and "Best," Masami Utoku, who possesses destructive superpowers. When Masami is injured, Nozomi embarks on a mission to complete requests from all over Japan, teaming up with Yukina Kosaka, Ai Hibiki, and Chiaya Misono along the way. Together, they ride motorcycles across the country, navigating territorial disputes and uncovering potential conspiracies.
