Zhang Chulan investigates Feng Baobao's origins following the incident in Bi You Village, which leads him to meet with Lu Jin. During their meeting, Zhang Chulan acquires the list of the Thirty-Six Thieves, and in doing so, discovers the reason behind Jin Feng's abduction. This new information prompts the group to set out for the Qinling Mountains to prevent Wu Gengsheng's collection from being stolen.
