The Marginal Service

Brian Nightraider, a former police officer, was forced out of the force after his reckless behavior led to his partner's death. Nightraider received an invitation from the United Nations Immigration Bureau Special Investigation Unit, which had him in mind for their Marginal Service – a secret branch handling Borderlander cases. Borderlanders are human-like aliens living among humans, but a new terrorist organization has emerged, distributing a potent drug called Confu that's made harder to track due to their regeneration and adaptability abilities. The Marginal Service team will have to navigate this complex issue.
