The Jyusenkitai/Cyber Beast Force team, consisting of Shinobu, Sara, Masato, and Ryo, must defend Earth against the Empire of Death's invasion led by Emperor Muge Zarbados. This effort is complicated by Shapiro Keats, a former ally turned traitor who has allied himself with the Empire. Shapiro's involvement strengthens the Empire, which is planning to conquer Earth. The Jyusenkitai pilots use the four Jyusenki/Beast Mecha to fight back, with the option to combine them into the powerful mech Dancougar.
