Student Council's Discretion

Ken Sugisaki's life as vice president of Hekiyou Academy's student council is unexpectedly dull, consisting of eating snacks and playing games with his fellow officers. As the position is awarded to the student with the highest exam scores, Ken had to work hard to improve his grades. However, his plan to surround himself with adoring girls falters as the council members focus on more practical tasks, like organizing school events and managing clubs. Despite this, Ken continues to pursue his ideals.
