Koujirou moves from Hokkaido to Tokyo with his horse, Hikarikin, in tow. The alien king Rel from planet Wedelun gives Koujirou a belt allowing him to transform into a Miracle Hero and fight extraterrestrial threats. Koujirou's primary goal, however, is to win the affection of Yuka, which puts him at odds with his rival Michinari.
