The Marukawa Publishing's Emerald Department members, including Masamune Takano, Ritsu Onodera, and Yoshiyuki Hatori, attend a colleague's wedding and provide entertainment for the guests. At this wedding, two of the Emerald Department staff, in particular, are navigating the complexities of their romantic relationships. With marriage as a milestone, some of the men at Marukawa Publishing are forced to think about their own personal futures.
