Samurai Spirits 2 takes place a century after the deaths of six legendary holy warriors, who were betrayed by a former colleague to an evil god. This betrayal led to their demise. The story revolves around the reincarnation of these six warriors, including Charlotte, Wan Fu, Nakoruru, Galford, and Tamtam, who search for their lost comrade Haohmaru and their sworn enemy Shirou Amakusa in feudal Edo province.
