Rumbling Hearts

Haruka Suzumiya, a shy high school student, confesses to Takayuki Narumi, and they start dating. Their friends Mitsuki Hayase and Shinji Taira support their relationship. However, their lives take a devastating turn when one of them is involved in a severe accident, falling into a coma. Three years later, they recover but their sudden return causes tension in their relationships with Haruka and Takayuki.
