Record of Ragnarok III

The third season of Record of Ragnarok revolves around a council of gods from various mythologies deciding to wipe out humanity due to its perceived selfishness. This unanimous decision is interrupted by Brunhilde, a Valkyrie from Norse mythology, who suggests a one-on-one battle between 13 human warriors and 13 gods to spare humanity. Brunhilde secures an agreement with the gods but must find and train a group of the strongest human fighters throughout history to participate in the trial.
