Puni Puni Poemy

Poemi Watanabe, also known as Kobayashi, is a 10-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a professional voice actress. However, her academic performance is underwhelming, and her voice acting skills are not impressive. After a strange alien attack kills her parents and devastates Tokyo, Poemi transforms into the magical girl Puni Puni Poemi by using a talking fish's skin as a makeshift wand.
