Psycho-Pass 3

The Sibyl System measures mental states with a numerical scale, allowing for pre-emptive crime prevention through "crime coefficients." Inspectors Kei Mikhail Ignatov and Arata Shindou, members of the Public Safety Bureau's Crime Investigation Department, are still in their early stages of their careers. When a ship carrying immigrants crashes, Shindou and Ignatov are assigned to investigate and uncover the possible cause, which they suspect may be more than just an accident.
