Pokemon the Movie 21: The Power of Us

Satoshi travels to Fura City for the annual Wind Festival, where he and Pikachu plan to participate in the Get Race. Kagachi, a show-off with a habit of lying, joins the competition to impress his niece Lily, despite having limited knowledge about Pokémon. He forms an alliance with Torito, a socially awkward scientist, in exchange for help with a speech. However, the festival takes a turn when Team Rocket steals a lab capsule, prompting Satoshi and the group to investigate the disappearance of the Sacred Flame.
