Pokemon the Movie 19: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel

Ash Ketchum is unexpectedly bound to Volcanion when it crashes to the ground. Volcanion is on a mission and can't shake Ash off, who's forced to accompany it. They end up in a city made entirely of machinery, where a corrupt minister has taken the ancient Artificial Pokemon Magearna, a 500-year-old invention. The minister aims to use Magearna's unique abilities to dominate the mechanical kingdom.
