Persia, an 11-year-old girl who's grown up with animals on the African Serengeti, moves to Japan with twins Riki and Gaku and their grandfather. She lives with a couple, who she calls Mama and Papa, who own a grocery store. During a flight, Persia enters the "Lovely Dream," a realm in danger, and meets the Fairy Queen, who tasks her with collecting love energy to thaw the frozen realm. This mission is crucial, as failure or discovery of her magic will have consequences for Riki and Gaku.
