The collaboration between XFLAG and Tatsunoko Production brings together two distinct characters: Akubi, the daughter of Hakushon from the 1969 anime Hakushon Daimaou, and Pandora, a girl from the Monster Strike game known as the "girl of wishes". Akubi and Pandora team up for a new "battle entertainment" experience. Characters from other Tatsunoko series, such as Gatchaman and Yatterman, also join the anime.
