Ooya-san wa Shishunki!

Maeda recently moved into a new apartment, where he's living alone. To his surprise, he found his new landlord to be Chie Satonaka, a middle school student who introduced herself with a friendly demeanor. Chie's presence sets the tone for a series of everyday interactions between Maeda and his neighbors, including Reiko Shirai, who lives right next door.
